PRODUCT MANAGER (Maternity Leave Cover)
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Marketing team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for a portfolio of leading Consumer Healthcare brands, supporting the definition and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth across the Italian market.
Working in a dynamic and international environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Media and Global Marketing to ensure flawless execution of brand plans and product launches.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute brand plans in line with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, market share, distribution and key business KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations and insights.
- Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
- Support the management of innovation projects, product launches, and packaging updates in collaboration with the Global Marketing team and cross-functional teams.
- Support the coordination and development of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.
- Support marketing spending review, monitor investments and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop customer activation plans and maximize in-store execution.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related disciplines.
- Experience in Brand Management, Product Management or Marketing within Consumer Healthcare, OTC, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer
- Location: Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia n.70
- Working hours: Full-time (37.45 hours per week), Monday to Friday (shorter hours on Friday)
- Lavoro da remoto: Up to 2 days per week
- Gross Annual Salary Range: €35,000–€39,000
- Meal vouchers: €8 per day worked on-site
