/ppbr/ppstrongThe Opportunity /strong /ppbr/ppAs MA Manager, you will be central to the company's growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations.
/ppWorking within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.

/ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple MA opportunities /liliManage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages /liliBuild and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions /liliPrepare investment papers,
