/p h3Global Technical Operations Supply /h3 pGlobal Technical Operations Supply (Global TechOpS) is Chiesi's global manufacturing and supply area, responsible for ensuring consistent, outstanding quality, service and value across our end?to?end supply chain.
Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management.
Throughout this journey, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement.
This end?to?end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners.
/p h3This is what you will do /h3 pResponsible for the reliability, and continuous improvement of equipment, machinery, and systems within a facility.
Ensures optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components across industrial environments.
Contributes to operational efficiency,



equipment optimization, and automation initiatives to maximize overall performance and productivity.
/p h3You will be responsible for /h3 ul liConducting routine inspections of premises and equipment /li liOverseeing and carrying out mechanical and electrical repairs and installations /li liDeveloping maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation /li liPlanning and scheduling planned and unplanned maintenance work /li liMonitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary /li liEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislation /li liManaging contractors and ensuring they complete works to a satisfactory standard /li liDiagnosing faults and investigating equipment breakdownsAdvising on equipment upgrades or replacements based on its current condition and operational requirements /li liDocumenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping and future reference /li liManaging budgets for maintenance-related expenses /li liTraining maintenance staff and managing their work schedules /li liPerforming root cause analysis on major failures and recommending necessary action to prevent recurrence /li /ul h3You will need to have /h3 ul liPrevious experience in roles within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturing environment) /li liAt least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles /li liBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering/Science (preferred in process engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation technology or a similar discipline) /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAdvanced certifications in maintenance or relevant field (Preferred) /li liExperience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
/li liFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
/li liKnowledge of predictive maintenance techniques.
/li liProficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.




/li liStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
/li liAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
/li liBasic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
