Responsibilities
- You are responsible for expanding and developing our specialist dealer network
- You acquire new retail partners
- You implement sales campaigns and related reporting
- You promote and strengthen our brand portfolio
- Ensure brand-compliant product presentation and adherence to retail standards
- Market observation and competitive analysis
- Participation in trade fairs and events
Requirements
- Commercial or technical training/education
- Enthusiasm for bicycles and cycling-related products
- Ideally, you already have experience in field sales
- Knowledge of the bicycle industry is an advantage
- Professional appearance, strong communication skills and closing ability
- High willingness to travel, including overnight stays, and flexibility
- Team player, reliable and highly self-motivated
- Proficiency in common office software and modern communication tools
