Scorra verso il basso per scoprire quali competenze, esperienze e titoli di studio sono necessari.Inside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution & HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions.Main Activities & Responsibilities:Develop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; Drive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations.Optimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; Support existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team.Promoting and encouraging the Innovations; Project Management:Full lifecycle management of business solution projects; Supervise RFI/RFP processes and tender documentation; Architect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders; Manage solutionroll-outs to end users.Innovation:Scout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; AI Integration & Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency.Application Maintenance: Oversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration, including:SLA-based incident and ticket management; User lifecycle management (creation to closure); Functional and data change service requests; Availability monitoring and tool maintenance.Maintain CMDB data for software solutions; Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science/Software EngineeringEnglish language:
