OverviewThe Grant Associate will join the Corporate Grants & Funding Department, based in Florence.
This position plays a key role in supporting the development and management of funding initiatives at European, national, and regional levels.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:Preparing administrative documents and professional presentationsDrafting monthly reports to track actuals versus budgetCompleting and submitting funding application formsMonitoring European, national, and regional funding opportunities andprogramIdentifying relevant calls for proposals and aligning them with internalproject ideasSupporting the evaluation and submission of grant proposalsCoordinating project timelines and contributing to project managementtasksHandling signature collection and declarations from senior leadershipManaging shared project folders, including sensitive and confidentialdocumentsCollaborating with external consultants, project partners,



and internaldepartmentsProviding training and operational support to project stakeholders.Job RequirementsMaster's degree in Economics or a STEM discipline (Science, Technology,Engineering, Mathematics); Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) andgrant application platforms; Previous experience, even short-term, in reporting for European-fundedprojects; Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The selected candidate will be employed under Category C in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur ******,00 and Eur ******,00 eur, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. *******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
