pAs a strongSenior Client Advisor /strong, you will be an ambassador of the Brand.
/ppYou will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them across the Brand and ensuring the best Client Experience for every Client's journey within the Brand.
/ppYou will be a role model to the team supporting your Management Team in operational duties to strive for Operational Excellence within the Store.
/ph3Missions /h3pstrongBe an Exceptional Client Advisor, and a Clienteler Role Model for the Team /strong /pulliAchieve individual and team objectives, be accountable for sales results and support the team in their sales /liliSupport and Elevate Client Experience and Clienteling opportunities in Store, establishing a Client Centric Mindset within the Team /liliDemonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills,



leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationships /li /ulpstrongProactively Support Team Managers in Driving the Business /strong /pulliAssist Management in daily operations to reach operational excellence within the Store: floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing duties /liliSupport Managers in developing their teams through training, mentoring, shadowing and tutoring activities /liliDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's policies and provide support to Client Advisors when needed /liliPerform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store /li /ulh3Profil /h3ulliStrong and effective communication and listening skills /liliHigh level of clienteling /liliUnderstand the business priority and store dynamics /liliStrong organizational skills and agility /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
