sales potential and commercial policy earnings as issued by the National Sales CompanyGrant consistency between the sell-in and the sell-out plan with a focus on preventing and managing aged stockMonitor the invoices/registrations level and support Dealer in planning and executing recovery actions; Drive forward B2B PC activities of the DealershipMonitor Quality KPIWork with the Dealership when new models are launched (or product event)Drive the Dealership forward in their CRM and digital activitiesWork with the Dealership in their operational marketing actionsIdentify the Dealers' needs in terms of organization, processes, training of sales force, etc. to allow them to fully comply with the customer experience and Brand standards and to drive forward Dealership compliance with Simplified Operating Standards (S.O.S.)Your Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceFrom 5 to 7 years' experience in a Sales role within the car manufacturer industryUniversity degree in a relevant fieldStrong sales and analysis orientationExcellent interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skillsEnergy, determination and stress managementExcellent knowledge of the main applications in the MS Office environment, in particular MS ExcelFluent in English and Italian (at least B2)Our OfferSalary range: from ***** € to ***** €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirementsCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
