/p pThe Energy Environment Division delivers solutions for flue gas treatment and power-generation applications, including bag filters, DeNOx and DeSOx systems, as well as complete Gas Turbine Air Intake and Exhaust Systems, including filtration systems, diverter dampers, bypass stacks and associated auxiliaries.
/p pOur projects combine multidisciplinary engineering, international procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning activities.
/p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Energy Environment Division and coordinate the technical execution of international custom-engineered plant and equipment projects.
/p pWorking closely with the Project Manager and the Engineering functions, the Project Engineer will act as the technical focal point of the project, ensuring that customer requirements are correctly translated into coordinated engineering deliverables.
/p pThe role involves managing technical interfaces between internal disciplines, customers, suppliers and engineering subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, project schedules, quality standards and engineering budgets.
/p pThis is a hands-on coordination role requiring the ability to identify technical issues, drive decisions and ensure the timely completion of project engineering activities.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview customer specifications, contractual requirements and project documentation, translating them into clear engineering requirements and deliverables.
/li liCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across Process, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Control disciplines.
/li liDefine and monitor the engineering schedule,



deliverable list and technical priorities in line with contractual milestones.
/li liEnsure technical consistency between engineering disciplines and manage interfaces, deviations and open technical issues.
/li liPrepare and review project engineering documentation and coordinate the relevant internal approvalprocess.
/li liManage customer comments, technical clarifications and document revisions, ensuring timely and consistent responses.
/li liPrepare Material Requisitions and coordinate Technical Bid Evaluations in cooperation with the relevant engineering disciplines and Procurement.
/li liReview supplier and subcontractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, data sheets and technical reports.
/li liMonitor supplier and subcontractor engineering activities, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and agreed documentation schedules.
/li liIdentify technical risks, delays and potential non-conformities, proposing mitigation and recovery actions together with the Project Manager and Engineering teams.
/li liSupport the Project Manager in customer meetings, supplier discussions and the resolution of critical technical matters.
/li liMonitor engineering progress and budget, supporting design optimization and cost-reduction initiatives without compromising contractual requirements, quality or performance.
/li liSupport manufacturing, construction, commissioning and start-up teams in resolving project-related technical issues.
/li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy,



Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
/li liPrevious experience in Project Engineering, engineering coordination or multidisciplinary industrial projects within EPC, energy, environmental, process plant or custom-engineered equipment environments.
/li liGood understanding of the main phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning.
/li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, technical interfaces and projectdocumentation.
/li liExperience reviewing customer specifications and supplier technical documentation.
/li liFamiliarity with Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations and vendor document review processes.
/li liStrong planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
/li liAbility to identify technical priorities, challenge proposed solutions and drive the resolution of open issues.
/li liEffective communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
/li liHands-on, accurate and result-oriented approach.
/li liFluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
/li liAvailability for international business travel when required.
