The ideal candidate will act as the internal point of reference for HR administration and payroll processes, playing a key role in the management and governance of Zucchetti HR modules. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
Manage, monitor,
and finalize time and attendance data through Zucchetti (Presenze Project), including the analysis and resolution of discrepancies and anomalies.
Enter and verify payroll variables (overtime, allowances, absences, reimbursements) within the Zucchetti system.
Coordinate with the external payroll provider for payroll processing and payslip validation.
Oversee monthly payroll-related activities and statutory compliance requirements (INPS, INAIL, CU, Model 770, pension and welfare funds).
Manage employee master data and contractual information within Zucchetti HR modules.
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding attendance records, payslips, and contractual matters.
Act as a Key User for HR systems, providing support to internal users, delivering operational training, and contributing to HR system enhancement and migration projects.
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a specialization in HR Administration, Payroll, and Social Security Contributions.
~4–7 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll roles.
~ Strong knowledge of Zucchetti HR modules, in particular: Presenze Project / Workflow.
~ Solid understanding of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNLs).
~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
~ Good command of the English language. xysqume
Pay range and benefits package
Gross annual salary: from €30.000 to €40.000
