and parameterizationIdentify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentationSupport both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleetsCreate clear technical reports and case updatesCoach technicians and provide hands-on guidanceFeed recurring issues into continuous improvementWhat you bring:Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field serviceProven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faultsHands-on use of OEM diagnostic toolsConfidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentationExperience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teamsAbility to support and guide techniciansPreferred: xysqume experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support backgroundTechnical knowledgeModern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronicsNetworks: CAN / LIN / FlexRayDiagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashingLanguageWorking proficiency in English required (written and spoken)Additional European languages are a plusAdditional information:CCNL Applicabile: Contratto del Commercio Terziario e Distribuzione Servizi, Livello 2RAL 36 EUR
