Junior Accountant

HSPI S.p.A. , a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join its Healthcare Division.
Main Responsibilities:
Support project governance activities by assisting in the planning, management, and execution of project activities according to the project plan;
Monitor project progress and prepare reports and summary views to support activity tracking and project control;
Provide support in project cost evaluation activities and in technical and financial monitoring;
Manage, update, and archive project documentation, including templates, reports, and project materials;
Support project administrative activities and monitor contractual documentation;
Monitor supplier contracts and support the management of the preparation process for active contracts;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in the project to ensure effective progress and alignment of activities.
Required Technical Skills:
1–2 years of previous experience in similar roles;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Basic knowledge of MS Project and project planning and monitoring tools.
Optional Technical Skills:
Experience gained in IT environments and/or possession of certifications in Project Management or IT Service Management, such as ITIL, PMI, or equivalent certifications.
The ideal profile demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage and synthesize information,
particularly in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
The role requires flexibility in adapting to dynamic environments and evolving project requirements, along with strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and a goal-oriented approach.
Strong active listening skills, ability to collaborate with technical teams and internal/external stakeholders, effective issue management, and a problem-solving mindset are also required.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering or a related field.
