OSLO – Sales & Events Associate
OSLO is growing fast. We’re expanding beyond our first European location and we need someone sharp, organized, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help us get there.
This isn’t a behind-a-desk role. To do this job well, you need to know the business from the inside out — that means working shifts in the shop, frosting cakes, scooping gelato, and understanding every detail of what we do before helping us scale it. The best ideas for growth come from people who know the product and the customer firsthand.
What you’ll do: Work in-store shifts — service, cake finishing, prep, presentation. Manage email correspondence with clients, suppliers, and event partners. Coordinate events and catering from inquiry to execution. Build and maintain the organizational systems — spreadsheets, schedules, orders — that keep us running as we grow.



Contribute to the bigger picture of business development and expansion. Help us make our Events come true.
What you bring: Exceptional organizational skills — this is non-negotiable. Professional communication in Italian and English. Some food & beverage experience and HACCP certification (or willingness to get it). A hands‑on, figure‑it‑out mindset — no task is too small. Cake decorating experience. Passion for Sweets!
