Swiss IT Solutions CH GmbH in Monza, Lombardy, is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) L1 Support Engineer to provide first-line IT support for end users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in line with SLAs.
You will install Windows 10/11, support Microsoft 365 apps, manage Active Directory accounts, troubleshoot connectivity, and log incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
