Job Responsibilities

Monitor the status of networks, servers, and related equipment in real time using monitoring systems, quickly identifying and responding to alerts.

Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of network incidents, and coordinate with the relevant technical teams for resolution.

Record and monitor incident management processes to ensure proper closure.

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and incident reports.

Help optimize monitoring processes and strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirement and Qualification

Graduate or bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.

Strong knowledge in routing, switching, and basic network security concepts.

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nokia NFMP, Zabbix, Cacti) is desirable.

Available to work rotating shifts.
