/p pbJob Summary /b /p pVignate Plant is looking for an Industrial Controller with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals—someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions.
This is a hands?on, high?impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month?end close activities.
Beyond execution, the role plays a key part in strengthening financial and costing processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing reporting and internal controls that help move the organization forward.
The successful candidate is both a doer and a thinker—comfortable in a plant?based environment, energized by change, and motivated by translating complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable insight.
Sitting at the intersection of accounting and financial analysis, this role supports budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting tied directly to production performance.

/p pYou will be part of the Industrial Controlling team reporting to Vignate Plant Controller in a leading manufacturing facility that produces ETO Engineering?to?order solutions as well as MTO/MTS standard series products within EMEIA Compression Systems Services Business unit.
/p pbResponsibilities: /b /p pStandard costing /p ul liMaterial standard cost definition, costing view creation for buy, make and subcontractor items.
/li liMaterial standard costing run, maintenance and update.




/li liPreparation and coordination of the annual costing run.
/li liMaterial enrichment Finance partner in SAP and Windchill.
/li liMaterial purchase price variances (PPV) analysis and reporting.
/li liWork order costs review and validation for the production, remanufacturing and aftermarket units.
/li liValidation of material and production variances understanding the root cause and the corrective actions.
/li liReviewing of the transactions to insure proper impact on accounting records and product costs.
/li liAssists excess and obsolete inventory review.
/li liProactively seeks out ways to improve processes and accuracy and drive efficiency.
/li liSupports Operations and Business functions for accounting and costing issues.
/li liClose cooperation with the RTR/AP Regional Shares Service Centre located in another European country.
/li liOther adhoc requests, financial analysis, reports and Finance projects.
/li /ul pMonthly financial closure, Forecasting and Reporting /p ul liMonthly BS and PL account reconciliations, journal entry postings, analysis and reporting.
/li liProvides insightful month end analytical reporting to deliver context and implications of the financial results, trends, risks and opportunities.
/li liInventory detailed reconciliation and analysis.
/li liSupports the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly, monthly, weekly forecasts.
/li /ul pbBasic Qualifications /b /p ul li3+ years of strong proficiency in SAP FI CO is a must.
/li li3+ years of standard cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
/li li3+ years of experience performing product cost analysis and manufacturing variance analysis (material, labor,



overhead, and hours).
/li liKnowledge of Italian accounting tax regulations and US GAAP.
/li liStrong numerical skills, analytical thinking, careful structured approach applying accounting acumen related to a manufacturing environment.
/li liUnderstanding of internal controls, experience with SOX processes.
/li liAbility to work effectively with cross?functional teams in a fast?paced environment.
/li liAdvanced levels of English and Italian languages.
