A natural leader, they will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and managing dining room service. Responsibilities • Supervision of dining room and service; • Coordination between kitchen, bar,



and dining room; • Management of operational issues; • Support during high-traffic service; • Monitoring quality and brand standards.
