Within our Life Sciences Business Line, our Purification Division plays a key role in delivering high-quality purification and recovery solutions for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.We are currently looking for a SHEQ Technician to join our team in Fidenza, Italy.About the roleReporting directly to the SHEQ Manager, this person will support the implementation and maintenance of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems at site level, ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, and operational excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to grow within an international industrial environment focused on sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and maintenance of SHEQ systems and proceduresMonitor daily SHEQ activities across Operations, Laboratory, and Engineering departmentsEnsure compliance with applicable legislation and internal SHEQ standardsSupport incident investigations and corrective/preventive action plansParticipate in operational and maintenance risk assessmentsCoordinate documentation and compliance related to AIA, IPPC, and other permitsLiaise with regulatory authorities, auditors,
and external assessorsDeliver SHEQ-related training sessions to site personnelSupport environmental monitoring and reporting activitiesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to safety and environmental performanceWhat we are looking forDegree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similarMinimum 3 years of experience in SHEQ, HSE, or related technical rolesPrevious exposure to chemical, industrial, waste management, or oil & gas environments is a plusBasic understanding of industrial permits and safety compliance systemsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in operational environmentsLanguagesItalianGood level of EnglishWhat We OfferPermanent employment contract (Tempo indeterminato)Competitive salary package ranging from €27,000 to €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and qualificationsCareer development opportunities within an international and growing organizationHands-on experience in a highly regulated industrial environment focused on sustainability and operational excellenceCollaborative and supportive team culture with ongoing learning opportunitiesWhy join Tradebe?
