We are looking for a System Engineer to join a leading automotive project in Modena, Italy.

Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship availableYour ResponsibilitiesWrite and manage functional requirements for vehicle systemsSupport validation teams by clarifying requirements and technical specificationsAnalyse system requirements and prepare Requirements Analysis ReportsPerform log analysis and troubleshooting activitiesCollaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issuesWork closely with Network, Diagnostics, Mechatronics,



and other engineering teamsProvide technical support and contribute to design and architectural decisionsSupport the reference platform for system design and technical evaluationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldexperience in System Engineering, Requirements Engineering, or Automotive DevelopmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGoal-oriented mindset and proactive approach xysqume Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplineExperience with automotive systems engineering and requirements managementStrong multitasking and organisational skillsAbility to interact with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams at different levelsLanguage RequirementsItalian: Fluent/Professional Proficiency (Mandatory)English: Intermediate or aboveWork LocationModena, Italy (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)
