For our headquarters in Concorezzo (MB), Frette is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role will be responsible for system configuration, user support, automation, and continuous improvement of business processes to drive sales efficiency and customer service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
Build and maintain automation using Flow, workflow rules, and process builder
Support sales processes including lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting
Support service processes including case management, queues, SLAs, and escalation rules
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales and service performance
Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
Maintain data quality through data imports, deduplication, and governance best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Assist with integrations and third-party applications as needed
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Flow
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience building Flows and automation
Proficiency in reports and dashboards
Experience with data tools (Data Loader, import wizard)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with integrations (APIs, middleware tools)
Previous experience in retail or wholesale organizations
We offer a full-time contract under the Textile-Industry Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a salary range of €30,000–35,000. daily tickets from 8€ and a competitive amount of Welfare. Weekly schedule: 40 hours tempo pieno from Monday to Friday with flexible opening and closing times (8.30 to 8.30?? Wait correct: 8.30 to 9.30 and 17.30 to 18.30).
Frette offers the possibility to have an individual Smart Working arrangement for two days a week.
