About the Role
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support in both
Italian
and English. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction delivers an excellent customer experience.
Please note that
relocation support is not provided
for this position. Candidates should already have the legal right to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Porto independently at their own expense.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product and service-related inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.




Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Italian (C1/C2).
Good English skills (B2 or higher).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work onsite in Porto, Portugal.
Comfortable working in a rotating 24/7 schedule, including occasional night shifts.
What We Offer
€1,100 gross per month, paid over 14 salaries.
Attendance premio of €150 (paid over 11 months).
