We are looking for a Technical Writer.

The successful candidate will work closely with the technical teams and will be responsible for preparing and updating documentation related to the company’s hardware and software products.

Main Responsibilities

Drafting and updating technical manuals, user guides and installation procedures;

gathering technical information from the Software, Engineering and Product Management departments;

organizing technical content in a clear, accurate and easy-to-consult format;

creating images, screenshots, diagrams and schematics to support the documentation;

updating document versions in line with product developments;

supporting the preparation of technical documentation in English.

Requirements





Diploma or degree in a technical, IT, engineering, linguistic or equivalent field;

excellent command of Italian;

good written English;

strong writing and information-organizing skills;

interest in technology, hardware and software products;

good knowledge of standard word-processing tools;

accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience, including an internship, in technical documentation or within a technology, IT, electronics or industrial company would be considered an advantage.

Indicative gross annual salary: €25,000–€30,000 , depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
