Neticon is a Digital Transformation Agency that has been operating for about twenty years in the eCommerce sector for Luxury companies, with Units in Digital Marketing, Technical Consulting and Platform Design, Omnichannel and Retail Experience. To support the development phase we are going through, we are looking for a figure who will fill the role of Junior eCommerce Operations Specialist. We are looking for 2 young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join our team in Segrate (Mi). They will be placed in the eCommerce Operations Services team, supporting complex platforms that support the back office of eCommerce sites of major brands. This is a function that straddles the line between an eCommerce operations specialist and a technical specialist in data management/massive information management. The activities to be managed are related to: * Operation and operation of large in-house production PIM/DAM platforms, customized for Clients, which are capable of importing, managing and preparing significant volumes of data for publishing product information of complex eCommerce sites (operating across ****** countries online, with *******+ languages and several dozen currencies, managing the complexity of such platforms in an automated manner). * Massive information upload operations for these platforms * Advanced automation of back office processes to complex sites (with at least 10 countries and many currencies)



* Coordination of platform operation processes for different Client activities * Frequent relationship with the Customer Required: * Three-year university education even unfinished (Marketing area, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or post Diploma through graduate schools * Aptitude and interest in working in the area of complex eCommerce sites * Advanced knowledge of Excel * (Optional) bug finding skills, knowledge of Front End and Back End programming functionality and operations, etc. * Basic knowledge of eCommerce site operations. * Seriousness, reliability * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Strong analytical skills * Aptitude for learning functionality and processes of complex platforms * Curiosity, precision, organization, order in operations, soft skills that are more personal and character inclination than specific training * Willingness to work in a team * Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B, B2 preferred - English conversations, understanding and writing emails) We offer: * Apprenticeship contract as Junior eCommerce Operations Specialist. * Opportunity to do smartworking (according to company rules), after the first 6 months, where presence is required for learning and integration into the team * Lunch Ticket * Opportunity to work with high-profile brands in the fashion-luxury sector #J-*****-Ljbffr
