/ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3ulliUtilizing available resources, coordinates efforts of assigned personnel to achieve plant performance goals of safety, quality, efficiency, sanitation, scrap and attendance on a line and shift.
/liliCarries out daily production plans; works with associates to develop recommendations for changes to equipment; completes all work orders, personnel, and shift reports as assigned in absence of the Production Supervisor.
/liliCommunicates, trains and monitors good manufacturing practice standards with special emphasis in the areas of safety, housekeeping and quality.
/lili"Empowers" assigned personnel to become self-directing.
Develops assigned personnel to make decisions pertaining to their operational areas and bounds.
/liliServes as a resource, providing leadership and training to assigned personnel; assesses job assignments,
methods and priorities with associate input; evaluates performance of assigned personnel to the Production Supervisor /liliPerforms other duties as directed or as necessity dictates.
/li /ulh3bAbout You: /b /h3pA high school diploma or GED /ppKnowledge of; operation of batch manufacturing equipment; operation of high-speed packaging; production maintenance; sanitation; distribution or administrative specialties required.
/ppFood Manufacturing background preferred.
