In this role you lead the Scientific Service to ensure governance of medical-scientific communications and promotional activities in line with Law 219 and Farmindustria ethics.
You work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance, and Quality to keep information accurate and compliant.
You will guide training for Medical Representatives and support regulatory interactions with authorities like AIFA.
Your leadership fosters scientific rigor, transparency, and ethical conduct across the organization.

Ensure scientific information and promotional activities comply with regulations and ethical standards




Oversee review and approval of promotional and scientific materials for healthcare professionals
Oversee scientific and regulatory training of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and ensure ongoing compliance
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance, and Quality to guarantee information accuracy and consistency
Support interactions with AIFA and other regulatory authorities during inspections or monitoring activities
Ensure timely implementation of health authority measures and recommendations
Foster a culture of scientific rigor, transparency, integrity, and ethical conduct
Solid experience in Pharmaceutical Industry within Medical Affairs, Compliance, Scientific Service, Regulatory
In-depth knowledge of Legislative Decree ******** and regulations governing pharmaceutical promotion
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine; MD preferred
