/ph3Job Description /h3pThe Nurse provides nursing expertise within the multi-disciplinary team to educate, manage, support, stabilise patients.
The Nurse will ensure Patient wellbeing, assess health needs, develop, implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Administer, and record medication according to the medical orders and monitor for side effects along with changes in patient's condition.




Obtain and record vital signs and monitor for changes in patient's condition.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
The implementation of medical treatment, prescription as advised by the Doctor.
/ppbDuties and Responsibilities: /b /pulliMaintenance of medical records for all patients /liliCollect and review patient history and physical /liliEvaluate patients by collecting current symptoms, as well as a detailed patient history /liliConsult and coordinate with the health team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care /liliResponsible for maintaining the standard of care /liliPromote communication between doctors and patients regarding test results and treatment recommendations /liliMake logical decisions in emergency scenarios based on patient conditions such as vital signs, patient presentation, and assessments /liliAdministrative registration of the patients when required /liliMaintain knowledge and operational state of the medical software, in relation with the Health Manager and IT Manager /liliEvaluate, plan, and implement patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members, radiologists, laboratory technicians, pharmacists,



and medical doctors /liliObtain patient urine samples, blood samples, and change dressings according to prescription /liliPerform ECG and other investigation tests according to prescription /liliAdminister medications to patients by mouth, intramuscularly, intravenously, topically, or via nebulization according to prescription, whilst monitoring for untoward reactions /liliProvide bedside care for a variety of medical patients /liliPlacement of urinary catheter, intravenous catheter, nasogastric catheter, and patient monitoring, according to prescription /liliCollaborate with the healthcare team during the discharge process /liliMaintain a safe, clean environment for the patient in the office entry and the hospital unit /liliProvide emotional support to patients and relatives /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pA first-level degree/diploma as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of three (3) years progressive post-qualification clinical experience in general nursing.
/ppCurrently registered and licensed to practice nursing without supervision in own country or another EU member state.
/ppACLS/BLS certification or equivalen /ph3Additional Information /h3pRotations are typically 8 weeks on duty and 8 weeks off duty.
Flights, food and accommodation are provided whilst on duty at the project site.
