/ppbr/ppThis is a high-impact executive appointment for a transformational leader to shape the future of a significant regional business.
Reporting directly to a key member of the Global Exec, the President will have full accountability for business performance, EBITDA growth, and the successful integration of multiple operating businesses into one aligned, high-performing organisation.
/ppbr/ppThe successful candidate will lead a multi-year transformation programme, creating a unified operating model, strengthening organisational capability, and embedding a culture of commercial and operational excellence.
/ppbr/ppWorking closely with the International Leadership Team, the President will accelerate EBITDA performance through organisational integration, productivity improvement, commercial discipline, and operational simplification, while positioning the business for sustainable international growth.




/ppbr/ppThis is a highly visible executive leadership role requiring an individual who combines strategic vision with disciplined execution and a proven ability to lead complex change at pace.
