Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Construction Location: Milan, Italy Job Type: Contract / Freelance Duration: 12+ Months Start Date: ASAP Overview We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Milan. They are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join the project team and take ownership of the integrated programme across a complex pharmaceutical facility. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile life sciences project from construction through to commissioning and handover. Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and update integrated Primavera P6 schedules * Monitor construction progress and provide accurate programme updates * Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams * Produce look-ahead schedules,



critical path analysis and progress reports * Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans where required * Attend planning and coordination meetings with project stakeholders * Support change management, delay analysis and schedule impact assessments * Assist with commissioning planning and project handover Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Planner on pharmaceutical construction projects is essential * Advanced Primavera P6 experience * Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM project environments * Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction programmes * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent English (Italian is advantageous) If youre interested in this opportunity, please apply today or send your CV to (email hidden).
