Director of Sales, Italy base Lead growth. Empower dealer success. Shape the future of our business in Europe, covering Italy, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal One of the world's most iconic recognisable Brands is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead the European market, driving sales performance, dealer network development, and sustainable business growth. Reporting to the EMEA leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial strategy, leading high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships across the dealer network and key stakeholders. What You'll Do Develop and execute the sales strategy for the designated European regions, aligned with regional business objectives. Drive wholesale, retail, market share, and dealer performance growth. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Build strong partnerships with dealer principals and key business stakeholders. Use market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Network Development teams to deliver commercial success. Champion dealer profitability,
customer experience, and operational excellence. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. 12+ years of commercial and sales leadership experience, ideally within automotive, mobility, retail, or a dealer-based environment. Proven success leading sales teams and delivering ambitious growth targets. Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and strategic thinking. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Why Join Us?
