As a D365 F&O; Consultant, you will lead the integration of our ISV solution with the TecCom platform to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes in the automotive aftermarket. You will work across Europe in an agile setup, delivering value for customers while collaborating with Product Development and offering advisory support throughout the customer lifecycle. The role emphasizes solving complex functional challenges, optimizing integrations, and driving customer success in a fast-growing data-driven environment.

Lead implementation of the ISV integration between D365 F&O; and TecCom to support end-to-end order-to-invoice processes
Manage and deliver customer projects on time and within budget with focus on satisfaction
Analyze requirements, validate business processes and integrations, and design TecAlliance-aligned solutions
Act as trusted advisor through pre-sales, workshops, training, and ongoing consulting




Resolve complex functional support cases and drive continuous improvement of customer solutions
Collaborate with Product Development to refine requirements and define new product features and enhancements
Several years of experience in technical consulting, project management, or product implementation
Strong functional knowledge of D365 F&O;/SCM or AX; focus on Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, PIM, Inventory, and Warehouse modules
Knowledge of EDI or similar integrations (a plus)
Ability to build trust and manage customer relationships with clear expectations and commitments
Strong communication skills and professionalism in diverse settings
Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
Business fluent English (B2 level or higher); additional languages a plus
