In this role you will drive quality readiness, reliability and manufacturing excellence for next-generation wearable eyewear from NPI to mass production. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to embed quality early, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions. You will analyze data, support validation and reliability testing, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers the chance to shape cutting-edge smart eyewear and work across functions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Support quality readiness during NPI and industrialization phases
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Supplier Quality to embed quality early
Monitor production performance, quality KPIs, and identify trends and improvement opportunities
Investigate quality issues and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions
Contribute to risk assessment, PFMEA, process validation, Control Plan definition and quality gate reviews
Support qualification and industrialization of new technologies, electronic components, modules and processes




Analyze quality and production data to derive actionable recommendations
Support validation and reliability testing for electronic products and smart modules
Promote a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Facilitate smooth transition from development to large-scale production
Degree in Engineering or Diploma in a technical field; preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, NPI in electronic environment (plus)
Exposure to consumer electronics, smart products or high-tech manufacturing (plus)
Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D and Root Cause Analysis
Understanding of manufacturing, industrialization and continuous improvement processes with data-driven decision making
Knowledge of electronic products and technologies including PCB/PCBA, sensors, cameras, microphones, speakers, batteries, charging solutions, Bluetooth and wireless connectivity
Familiarity with functional, validation and reliability testing, electronic troubleshooting and failure analysis
Ability to read technical docs, BOMs and basic electronic schematics
Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and cross-functional communication
