pThis role focuses on daily operational user support, workstation management, and first-level infrastructure troubleshooting.
/pulliProvide directUser Support Help Desk(on-site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
/liliManage, track, and resolve tickets through the company's ticketing platform, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
/liliPrepare, configure (staging), and deploy new workstations (PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets) and peripherals (printers, scanners).
/liliOperating Systems Applications Troubleshooting /liliInstall, update, and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines and procedures.
/liliFirst-Level Infrastructure Troubleshooting /liliPerform ERP/SAP administrative tasks such as password resets, user account unlocking, and assignment of standard authorization profiles.
