/ph3Position /h3pAs an HR Recruiting Intern, you will receive on-the-job training and actively support recruitment activities across all the companies within the Group, with a primary focus on junior Engineering and Manufacturing profiles.
/ppWorking alongside the HR Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives.
You will also assist in maintaining relationships with universities, technical institutes, high schools and other educational institutions.
/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top technical and corporate talent; /liliAssist with job posting and CV screening; /liliParticipate in recruitment interviews and candidate assessment activities; /liliCollaborate with Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs; /liliSupport the HR team in managing relationships with universities,



technical institutes and other educational institutions for Talent Attraction and Employer Branding initiatives; /liliAssist in the organization of Career Days, Recruiting Days and Employer Branding events; /liliContribute to Talent Attraction initiatives and the promotion of the company's employer brand; /liliMaintain candidate databases and support HR reporting activities.
