This role sits at the intersection o f software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier manageme nt, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decision

mentDefine and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project pha

ion.Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through lau

nch.Represent the Voice of the Cust

omerBring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-mak

ing.Assess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty pha

ses.Ensure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement acti

ons.Lead Issue Prioritization & Resolu

tionCoordinate structured issue prioritization activities with engineering te

ams.Use warranty, validation, survey and defect data to focus efforts on the most critical iss

ues.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and clos

Your Qualification, Skills and Exper

ience
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related

field.More than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project Manag

ement.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management

tools.Excellent analytical, leadership and communication s

kills.Experience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 enviro

nment.Ability to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board sy

stems.Strong capability to identify priorities and risks and escrow them appropr

ately.Fluent English and Italian (at lea

st B2)comfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior manag
