Design and validation of embedded systems with GSM/WCDMA/LTE capabilities.

Responsibilities

HW features implementation

HW test of features implemented

Electronic component selection for GSM/WCDMA/LTE modules

Technical Documentation

PCB schematic and layout

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) Electronical Engineering

Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA/HSPA/LTE RF system requirements and architecture concepts

Knowledge of circuit blocks such as mixers, LNAs, amplifiers, PLLs, ADC/DACs, filters

Antenna theory and practice

HW test equipment: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Analyzers and Power meters

HW system performance testing

HW system measurements and performance optimization

Knowledge of RF, digital hi speed, analog low noise circuit design and layout requirements

Knowledge on transmission line theory, RF transmitter and receiver components and EMC/EMI is valued
