Equinix Italia is seeking an Electrical Maintainer to strengthen our Settimo Milanese team. You will manage electrical maintenance of the facility and primary cooling systems, ensuring uptime and safe operations for critical infrastructure powering the digital world.

The role requires strong technical training, prior data center experience, and the ability to read electrical schematics. Day shifts with occasional night/weekend rotations and a customer-focused mindset are expected.
