D365 CRM SME

Responsible for working with client stakeholders to set vision, technical direction, and solution shaping of Microsoft CRM technology stack.

- Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance across development tasks and ensuring delivery milestones are met.
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with business needs – creating or modifying entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Oversee code version control using Bitbucket and ensure proper collaboration and code review practices.
- Develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows to automate business processes.
- Use XRM Toolbox to support configuration and productivity enhancements.
- Apply Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Package and deploy CRM solutions across environments with proper versioning.

Databricks Data Engineer

Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows on Azure Databricks, enabling advanced analytics and data engineering initiatives.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Apache Spark.
- Build and maintain Databricks notebooks using PySpark for data preparation, transformation, and enrichment to support Data Science use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of clean, structured datasets.
- Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Integrate data from various sources including structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured formats.
- Ensure data security,



governance, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost‑efficiency in Azure.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Document data pipelines, workflows, and technical decisions.

Project Delivery Lead

Drive the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale Microsoft implementations across Southeast Asia, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries, ensuring successful execution within a regional delivery model.
- Interpret and manage contractual obligations, ensuring alignment with scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate within consulting and solution implementation environments, driving structured delivery while adapting to client‑specific needs.
- Engage confidently with CXO and senior business stakeholders, manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build long‑term, trusted client relationships.
- Apply technical expertise in Microsoft projects (preferably in MS Fabrics, Power Platforms, MS Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM or equivalent) to challenge and guide delivery teams, contribute to architecture and integration discussions, and drive informed solution decisions.
- Lead cross‑functional teams by driving accountability, resolving conflicts,



and maintaining delivery momentum, especially in high‑pressure environments.
- Navigate and manage projects across Southeast Asia by adapting to regional nuances, diverse teams, and varying client expectations.
- Leverage AI capabilities within the SDLC (where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, innovation, and overall project outcomes.
- Manage commercially sensitive fixed‑price projects end‑to‑end, ensuring strong governance across scope and change management, project planning and scheduling, financial tracking and cost control, risk identification and mitigation, and delivery execution and quality.
- Drive results and continuous improvement in ambiguous or unstructured environments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture, building strong relationships while leading, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Independently manage large, complex programs within Avanade (e.g., ERP/CRM) end‑to‑end, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to closure.
