We’re looking for an:
Orders Scheduler
The orders scheduler is responsible for connecting Sales Countries and vehicles Assembly Plants to turn every customer promise and wholesales opportunity into FLAWLESS and industrial execution. Through the production scheduling process, ensure that the S&Op; decisions, are implemented in the execution of the production, and vehicles orders are slotted, sequenced efficiently to support Customers Delivery due date respect, Suppliers capacities and Plants stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the scheduling of the Real Orders portfolio in the Scheduling system horizon in line with the Demand priorities and to support perfect Customer Deliveries times, Maximized Wholesales , respecting:
- Order priorities
- Country allocation target
- Plants and Suppliers capacities
- Engineering Ramp-up (including Pre-Series)
- Ensure 4 rolling production weeks covered by real orders, challenging constrained capacities and production plan setting, with the aim to stabilize the short-term production
- Identify risk impacting production continuity and escalate proactively
- Connecting plants and countries, to support resolution of material shortages and configuration constraints, and follow up of the production progress
- Feed the plants at daily and weekly level supporting the sequencing in the plant
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling process and tools.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and basic Microsoft office package
- Ability to work with Advanced Planning systems tools
- Understanding of production scheduling and sequencing logic
- Ability to detect deviations in the planning parameters and correct them
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Basic supply chain knowledge
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years in Supply Chain / Demand Planning / Logistic Vehicles / Country Carflow / Manufacturing
- Experience in Automotive is preferred

- Salary range: from €36.000 to €40.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
