Junior Digital Analyst
Are you passionate about data, digital performance, and turning insights into action?
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to join our team in Milan or Rome. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career—whether you have up to 2 years of experience or have just completed an internship or master’s program—to grow in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze website and campaign performance, build dashboards, and uncover insights that drive better digital decisions and user experiences.
For our offices in Milan or Rome, we are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst , also open to candidates with little or no prior work experience, to join the Digital team and support activities related to Web Analytics, digital performance measurement, and insight generation for clients and internal teams.
The position is open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience, or those who have recently completed an internship or a master’s program.
Support the analysis of website and digital campaign performance using data and business KPIs




Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Monitor key Digital Marketing KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, media performance)
Work alongside the team to identify insights and opportunities to optimize user experience and digital strategies
Collaborate with media, CRM, and other stakeholders to interpret data and support decision-making
✅ Up to 2 years of experience, or internship/academic background in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
Strong interest in digital analytics, user behavior, and digital performance measurement
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and key digital metrics (users, sessions, events, conversions)
Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
•Interest or basic knowledge of paid media, CRM, and related KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, open rate, CTOR)
