Visual Merchandising Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our team in Milan. The role supports the planning, design, and organisation of retail spaces across the boutiques, with the goal of maximising product visibility and enhancing the customer experience.
Reporting directly to the Global Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the team across installations, presentations, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and organisation of retail spaces across the boutiques, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Produce VM set-up for selling areas, windows, showroom, pop-up and events in line with brand directives.
Develop simulations/renders of windows and pop-up creative concepts for their presentation to the management team.
Support the development of strategic documents and presentations for the management team.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
Produce reporting on visual merchandising activities as required.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail is preferred,



including internships or traineeships
Strong aesthetic sensibility and genuine interest in the fashion and luxury sector.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of Rhinoceros or rendering software is a plus.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Team-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Availability to travel.

Contract type: Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement
Salary range: €23.000 – €25.000 gross per year
Working hours : Full-time
