We are looking for an energetic and process driven Supplier Quality Engineer to join our HQ Purchasing Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).In this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain.Your ImpactCoordinate the development and industrialization of suppliersDevelop quality documentation regarding the control of suppliesManage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products deliveryPromote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularitiesGuarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirming new suppliersGuarantee the support to R&D department to develop new component / equipmentIdentify new technologies and supply opportunitiesImprove current processes so as to remove potential obstacles and defectsAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronic)3-5 years of previous experience in a similar roleBackground as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D EngineerKnowledge of industrial processes and technologiesAPQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning),



PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)Previous experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plusProblem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)Process Auditing experienceCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
