The candidate will collaborate in the creation of the content of brand campaigns, E-Commerce and digital productions, assisting in the overseeing of the production internal process, collaborating with external suppliers. The candidate will support the team with the scheduled goals and deadlines, contribute to budget tracking and work in collaboration with the production team, ecommerce team, visual merchandising, retail, engineering.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport and monitor the projects throughout the production process end-to-end.Collaborate with stylists, photographers, filmmakers, artists, editors, supporting team engagement across the project.Work closely with the e-merchandising team to plan and track e-commerce activities.Contribute to planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing production activities.Scout and source resources (inside the company or external suppliers)
to produce the content.Support negotiations with freelancers and contracts review.Contribute to building a rich network of photographers, model agencies, stylists, artists, illustrators, costumers.Organize business trips and activities for offsite productions.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS1-2 years of relevant experience in content creation and production in Fashion Companies or Production Agencies for Fashion.Previous experience in E-commerce production is considered a plus.Excellent knowledge of English.Excellent command of Microsoft office, Adobe and photographic tools.Apple knowledge is a plus.Experience of video and photo production equipment.Excellent organizational skills.A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
