Overview As a Deployment Strategist, you define AI strategy and shape agentic deployments for enterprise clients. You lead multi-phase engagements, translating business challenges into scalable, value-focused AI solutions with governance. You work closely with delivery teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge agentic AI platforms and the chance to influence enterprise transformation. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment that values impact and customer outcomes.
Benefits Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume
Define AI strategy and roadmaps; run design workshops and jobs-to-be-done analysis
Oversee deployment with program management: timelines, stakeholders, risk, reporting
Own adoption and expansion metrics; remove blockers to realize value
Coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers to meet milestones
Develop AI-enabled solutions using Cursor, Claude,



and Vibes to accelerate delivery
Manage customer relationships with senior stakeholders and present business outcomes
Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximize benefits
Responsibilities 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS
Degree in Computer Science or related field
Prior customer-facing delivery experience
Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; Agentic AI capabilities
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
Ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
Experience in AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
Strong project/program management and multi-workstream leadership
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Business proficiency in Italian and English
