Sephora Italy is seeking an Area Manager for Lombardy to lead stores, drive regional turnover, and ensure adherence to group policies. You will partner with HR, Training, and Store Managers to develop talent and implement the commercial strategy locally.
You will analyze markets, manage relationships with brands, monitor KPIs, and act as an ambassador in external relations and employer branding events, while aligning operations with company objectives.
