Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end supply chain projects within a manufacturing setting, ensuring on‑time delivery within scope and budget. You will align cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, and standards while driving performance improvements. You’ll analyze operations to boost productivity, inventory accuracy, lead times, and service levels, and support digital tool adoption and supply chain transformation. You will build dashboards and KPIs to monitor planning, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics, enabling data‑driven decision making.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, and standards
Analyze operational performance to identify productivity, inventory, lead time,



and service level improvements
Support the implementation of digital tools and transformation initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs for planning, procurement, inventory, production, and logistics
Perform data‑driven analyses to inform strategic decisions and project prioritization
Responsabilità Fluent in English or Romanian; Italian mandatory
Educational background preferred in engineering
Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Flexibility and problem solving abilities
Requisiti fondamentali gross annual salary range 50.000 - 60.000 euro
