Full Stack Engineer (On-site)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain full stack features across backend services and frontend interfaces
- Build and evolve internal tools and platforms used across the company
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design to production
- Contribute to automation and orchestration systems that improve operational efficiency
- Participate in code reviews — both giving and receiving thoughtful feedback
- Write tests and take code quality seriously (without being dogmatic about it)
- Collaborate with teammates across engineering, product, and operations
- Write clear technical documentation that others can actually use

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript and JavaScript) on the backend
- Proficiency in React and solid fundamentals in frontend development (HTML, CSS, browser APIs)
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL)
- Solid understanding of server-side web application architectures
- Comfortable working with Docker and containerized environments
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub-based workflows




- Enjoys owning problems end-to-end and will go out of their way to acquire whatever knowledge it takes to get the job done
- Excellent communication skills - able to talk about technical topics with non-technical people clearly and without condescension

Nice to Have

- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS services (especially S3, Lambda, SQS, EC2)
- Knowledge of Test Driven Development principles
- Experience with the Koa web framework
- Linux shell scripting and Unix system administration
