Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a proven track record in luxury dining and guest service excellence?

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our award-winning restaurant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team

Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally

Drive revenue, manage budgets, and control operational costs

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards

Collaborate with Culinary and F&B; teams on menu planning and promotions

Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and performance KPIs

Requirements





3–5+ years of Restaurant Management experience in a luxury hotel or upscale dining venue

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of food & beverage operations and financial management

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
