Responsibilities

Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes.

Define global process standards and equipment standards and deploy them across the Aero Alliance factories.

Partner with local factory technical leaders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.

7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality (for US candidates).

5+ years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in NDT inspection and metrology.

Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes.

Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.

Project Management skills and experience.

Fluency in English in speaking and writing for US candidates only.
