Experteer Overview In this Treasury Manager role, you will optimize liquidity and working capital for sennder’s European operations. You’ll lead centralized treasury initiatives, financing activities, and cash management processes to support rapid growth. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external banks to ensure robust risk management and compliance. You’ll drive the implementation of treasury technology and deliver insights to senior management. This position offers a hands‑on, impact‑driven opportunity to shape the company’s financial resilience in a fast‑changing logistics landscape.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage daily cash flow and liquidity optimization
Develop strategies to improve working capital utilization and cash management efficiency
Centralize payments and transition to a centralized treasury model
Oversee factoring and reverse factoring to optimize cash flow
Supervise cash pool integration across Europe, including European Surface Transport
Oversee short- and long-term financing, debt management, and funding strategies
Manage banking relationships, negotiate terms and fees
Conduct cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis for budgeting
Collaborate with internal teams on financial risk assessment and hedging strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal treasury policies




Lead implementation and integration of a treasury management software system
Prepare reports on cash positions, liquidity ratios, and financial risks for senior management
Responsabilità Fluency in English
Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or equivalent
4-8 years in a centralized treasury role within a group across Europe
Strong background in banking, treasury, and/or investment management with focus on cash, liquidity, and FX impacts
Solid accounting knowledge tied to treasury experience
Advanced Excel with hands‑on financial modelling, cash‑flow planning, and forecasting
Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS); Kyriba is a plus
Involvement in TMS implementation is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Adaptability in dynamic environments and strong decision‑making
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels
Experience with ERP/finance systems (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle) and interest in automation/AI
