Alpinestars seeks a Comfort Padding Engineer to join the Helmets Department, leading the design and development of interior padding systems. You will focus on achieving superior fit, ergonomic analysis, pattern design, and close collaboration with suppliers.
Responsibilities include defining 2D patterns, selecting materials, and coordinating with EPS/CAD teams. Travel may be required to meet suppliers and validate concepts across global markets.
